Working on the project of improvement of the residential complex "AFI Tower" in the Sviblovo district of Moscow, the architects of the AMMG studio set themselves the task of integrating the plots of the adjacent territory of the residential complex into the existing park and recreation framework. The neighborhood with Kapustinsky Park formed the basis of a new pedestrian route leading from the pond to the residential building. The triangular shape of the first section determined the center of attraction of all flows of visitors to the main peak, to create the effect of climbing to which a stepped structure of landscaping is used. The four–level amphitheater is full of various functions: on the first tier there is an open–air cinema, on the second - recreation areas with outdoor furniture and mobile landscaping for communication and pastime, on the third - a quiet recreation area on armchairs and sun beds ("solarium"), on the last level - a viewing platform with a view of the park and an art object as a dominant.

The concept of landscaping is based on natural curved shapes and outlines, which are reflected in the pattern of landscaping, road and path network, activity zones, sports, and street coworking, as well as small architectural forms - canopies, pergolas, gaming equipment. The biomorphic sculpture, as a living organism, "grows" out of the recreation area of the first tier of landscaping and "pierces" a view balcony, "soaring" over the territory of the park and opening a panorama of the city pond. The pergola structures of the main pedestrian path connecting the park with the territory of the residential tower are made in the form of curved arches-portals.

During the daytime, the arches create a rhythmic composition of the play of light and shadow, at night – a light corridor with an optical illusion of a tunnel thanks to the built-in linear light elements. On the second section of the residential complex there is a playground with climbing rope complexes, three–dimensional elements - hills made of rubber crumbs, trampolines built into the coating and an amphitheater with a stage for leisure and outdoor events.
