A small studio was created by order of a young girl, and fully reflects her personality. The compact space is decorated elegantly, modernly, restrained and at the same time luxurious. "The trend for ostentatious luxury has long passed, and the approach of our workshop is to create timeless aesthetics based on precise proportions, natural materials and expressive, authorial techniques," the authors of the project say, "and here we were true to ourselves."

The layout was not changed, retaining the open-space with a stunning view of the metropolis. Parallel to the panoramic glazing, the "bed-sofa-TV" axis is built, a compact kitchen was designed around the corner. The bathroom was given an intentional symmetry, making it deliberately ceremonial and emphasizing the importance of SPA treatments for a young lady. A small console table between the kitchen and the TV is simultaneously used for breakfast or lunch, and as a place for homework with a laptop. Thin brass cables give the table elegance and lightness, as if bypassing the laws of gravity.

A small space requires special customization, and therefore the designers designed the decoration according to the "box" principle. Wooden and soft panels, marble inserts, brass profiles designed according to the author's sketches of architects alternate on the walls in a well-defined rhythm. The decoration smoothly transitions into cabinet furniture built on the same principle, creating a unity of image and restraint of style. Natural elegance is reflected in the choice of materials: natural oak veneer treated with white oil, a floorboard laid with a fashionable " herringbone pattern installation", marble and warm brass create a refined, warm and refined atmosphere. The bright accent was an Italian chandelier made of orange-tinted glass and deep orange curtains – this is not an accident, but the “genius loci" of the place. "When we entered the still empty space in the concrete, the first thing that caught my eye was the bright orange glass tower opposite. We wanted to play along with this color, make the interior more contextual, especially since a panoramic view is the first thing a person sees when he enters the apartment," says Vadim, one of the co-authors of the project. The effect is complemented by a line of display cabinets to the left of the entrance, in the glass of which the view outside the window is reflected and duplicated from the hallway. Transparent chairs from the fashion brand Kartell do not clutter up the interior, at the same time bringing depth and detail.

The color scheme of the bathroom is limited to only two colors - delicate beige and strict black, creating a classic combination. The center of attraction was the designer Bette sink, the crystal forms of which the authors shaded with the elegant arc of the Gessi mixer. The complex composition of granite countertops, wooden boxes and glass shelves is also made to order according to the drawings of the studio. The walls are lined with relief mosaic of travertine, adding nobility and luxury to the overall atmosphere. With the help of thoughtful lighting, the bathroom can change its mood, allowing the customer to feel vivacity and energy in the morning, and then relax after a long day.
